**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, enforcing leases, and ensuring a positive tenant experience.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
- Collect rent and track tenant accounts
- Prepare and execute leases and renewals
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of leasing laws and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management
- Ability to handle administrative tasks including data entry, file maintenance, and contract management
- Experience with upselling additional services or amenities to tenants is a plus
- Understanding of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is advantageous
